NSW LABOR TABLES CONVERSION PRACTICES BAN BILL IN PARLIAMENT!

On Wednesday 13 March NSW the Attorney General, the Hon. Michael Daley MP, tabled Labor’s Conversion Practices Ban Bill 2024. Further debate is likely to occur later the following week. Once the bill passes the Legislative Assembly in its introduced or amended form (and this is expected to be the case), the bill will progress to the Legislative Council for consideration, where NSW Labor is in the minority.
