CoAL joins with the Women’s Rights Network (WRN) Australia to reject the proposed ‘Equality Legislation Amendment (LGBTIQA+) Bill 2022’ in NSW

CoAL joins with the Women’s Rights Newtwork Australia in calling for people living in NSW to reject Alex Greenwich’s proposed ‘Equality Legislation Amendment (LGBTIQA+) Bill 2022′ legislation currently before the NSW Parliament. The proposed self-ID laws will be disastrous for lesbians in NSW.  We will no longer  have legal access to safe women-only spaces, such as lesbian dances, bars and other gatherings, lesbian online or f2f dating sites, rape crisis centres, women’s sports teams, women’s sports change rooms, women’s toilets, etc. Please write to your local MP using the suggested letter and the MP list provide by WRN. This is urgent! THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW.
