In this episode Sand gives a history of the Lesbian Space Project that outlines the key events in lesbians going underground in Australia as the result of litigatory attacks by trans identfied men who further identify as lesbians. Carole Ann describes the history of the Lesbian Action Group’s challenge to discriminatory applications of anti-discrimination legislation with their challenge to the Melbourne Pride Centre policies, which privilege men over women’s rights as lesbians.
